Vidya Mohun is the Founder and Director of Oxalys Ltd and has over 20 years of professional experience in the financial services sector, with a particular focus on regulatory compliance, corporate services and risk-related matters.

Her career includes experience in the banking sector, complemented by extensive experience within the broader financial services environment in Mauritius. Over the course of her career, she has gained substantial exposure to regulatory requirements, compliance frameworks, corporate structures and the operational considerations associated with regulated and compliance-intensive businesses.

In 2022, Vidya founded Oxalys with the objective of providing independent, practical and technology-enabled compliance solutions to businesses operating within the Mauritian regulatory environment.

Her professional approach is grounded in regulatory knowledge, sound judgement and a practical understanding of how compliance requirements translate into business operations. Through Oxalys, she provides specialist support across AML/CFT/CPF compliance, regulatory reviews, risk and compliance frameworks, governance and independent AML/CFT audits.
